Where DevOps & AI Infra
Startups Get Built
KubernetesGuru tears down DevOps, MLOps and LLMOps startup opportunities - who already plays, what gap nobody owns, and a reference architecture on Kubernetes. Then we build them: with you as a client, as a co-founder, or in the open.
Four Tracks
Four tracks, one question each time: what is missing, and how would we build it on Kubernetes?
Platform Engineering
Products that make platform teams faster and let AI agents work safely inside clusters.
MLOps
Products for training, serving and retrieval pipelines on Kubernetes.
LLMOps
Products that make LLM apps cheaper, safer and testable in production.
AI FinOps
Products that cut GPU and token spend without slowing teams down.
Built in Public
Shamal
Agentic performance testing: generate, run and investigate load tests with an AI agent. Apache-2.0.
GitHubCostDojo
Gamification layer over any cloud cost tool - scores engineering effort, not dollars.
Marsad
Vendor-neutral observability MCP gateway for AI SRE agents.

Venture Lab - Frequently Asked Questions
What is a venture teardown?
A teardown takes one DevOps, MLOps or LLMOps product opportunity and maps it end to end: the evidence that the problem is real, the companies and open-source projects already in the space, the gap none of them own, a reference architecture on Kubernetes, and what it would cost to run. Some teardowns ship with a working open-source repo.
Do I have to build one of your ideas to work with you?
No. Most founders who hire us are building their own product. The teardowns show how we think and what we can build; the MVP Infra Sprint and Fractional Platform Team work for any DevOps or AI infrastructure startup.
How does equity for services work?
For pre-seed founders building one of our teardown ideas or something close to it, we can take part of the build fee in equity. We look at the team, the stage and the market first, and agree the split case by case before any work starts.
Who actually builds it?
The engineering team behind kubernetes.ae: certified Kubernetes engineers (CKA, CKS, CKAD) who run production clusters on AWS, GCP, Azure and on-premises. The same people write the teardowns and maintain the open-source repos.
Can I co-found a venture with you?
Yes, if you bring operating, go-to-market or deep domain experience for one of the teardowns marked open for co-founders. Apply on the Build with us page with your role, the venture you want to run and how much time you can commit.
